STEP 3: Pick up a new hobby



Here, you have to think of doing something different from what you have been doing. It could be a sport or any other recreational activity. Learn to do something new.

Here are a few examples for you; ice skating, fencing, rock climbing, golf, tennis ,cooking with a new recipe, bike riding, swimming and dancing.

 Learning a new hobby or skill will educate you more and improve your knowledge on other aspects of life.
