Happy Mother's Day

GRATITUDE

Prize Nwenearizi.

I always knew you were strong
I knew you could fight
I knew you will stand
And above all I knew you would never stand down for me

God bless you mama
God bless your soul
Without your strength I would never be here
Thank you mama for bringing me this far
Thank you for your unquenchable love
Thank you for your time
Love and prosperity shall find you mama
Dead or alive God bless you mama.

POEMS OF LOVE...

I KNEW IT WAS LOVE

So in this solitude
I cannot think far
Nor allow dreams to lay on same bed with me
I knew you loved me when we were free
When life had not taken much from its kindness
Then, when I made love to you and you forgot your panties at the ears of our bed
Then I knew you loved me.

NO TRUTH
       Prize Nwenearizi.
I thought your words were true
I would never doubted you for it would be unwise to doubt my happiness
But just then you laid the tyres of my love vehicle flat in the middle of my love journey to you
Going back was suicidal
And moving forward was life's own death sentence
Oh I wish your words were true.

YOU LOVE TO FIGHT

Am trying to break free from this lonely pains
Hoping someone will love me some day if not today
I was blind
Because I loved you too much
And all I did was to cry in this love
Said sorry thousand times but I was not to blame.

Some one will love me one day if not today
And maybe it will wash my pains away
For I have said sorry many times even when I was right
And yet you would still put on a fight

YOUR WEAKNESS GAVE ME STRENGTH

I am dreamer
And your soul is my bed
I am a leaner
And your illiteracy are my school
I have trained my self to love your wrongs and right
To guide your soul when the day has turn to night

I am a dreamer
And your soul is my sleep
I am a fighter
And your weakness is my strength
And tonight if the birds have rested I will walk into your heart and lay my bed in your paradise of thought never to be awaken.

It's Still Just Some Joke!

A female class teacher was having a problem with a boy in her class in Primary 3.
The boy said, "Madam, I should be in Primary 4.
I am smarter than my sister and she's in Primary 4".

The Madam had heard enough and took the boy to the principal.
The principal decided to test the boy with some questions from Primary 4.

Principal: What is 3+3?

Boy: 6.

Principal: 6+6.

Boy: 12.

The boy got all the questions right.
The principal told the Madam to send the boy to Primary 4 immediately.
The Madam decided to ask her own questions and the principal agreed.

Madam: What does a cow have 4 of that I have only 2?

Boy: Legs.

Madam: What is in your trousers that I don't have?

Boy: Pockets.

Madam: What starts wit a C and ends with T, is hairy, oval, delicious and contains thin, whitish liquid?

Boy: Coconut.

Madam: What goes in hard and then comes out soft and sticky?

*The principal's eyes opened really wide, but before he could stop the answer, the boy was taking charge*

Boy: Bubble gum.

Madam: You stick your pole inside me. You tie me down to get me up, I get wet before you do.

Boy: Tent.

*The principal was looking restless*

Madam: A finger goes in me. You fiddle with me when you are bored. The best man always has me first?.

Boy: Wedding ring.

Madam: I come in many sizes. When I'm not well, I Drip. When you blow me, you feel good?

Boy: Nose.

Madam: I have a stiff shaft. My tip penetrates, I come with a quiver.

Boy: Arrow.

Principal: O MY GOD.

Madam: What starts with 'F' and ends wit a 'K' and if you don't get it, you've to use your hand?

Boy: Fork.

Madam: What is it that all men have, it's longer in some men than others, the Pope doesn't use his and a man gives it to his wife after marriage?

Boy: Surname.

Principal: Chinekeme!!.

Madam: What part of the man has no bone but has muscles with a lot of veins like pumpkin and is responsible for making love?

Boy: Heart.

Principal: Eeeeeh!!.. The principal breathed a sigh of relief and said to the Madam,
"Send this BLOODY boy to the university...
Even I myself got all the answers wrong!"

TOO FAR TO COME HOME

TOO FAR🛤 TO COME HOME🏘
       By Prize Nwenearizi

I Looked how far I have gone in this lonely road,
How distant I have crawled from home,
How far I was lost from you
And all that could happen to me was free rolling of tears.

I saw a picture in my mind
A picture of you and I walking down the wet streets
Hands tied together like black slaves
But it was just a picture
A sweet sorrowful memory buried in the past.

For a long time now I was gone
Gone too far and I cannot trace back my steps for they have been washed away from the surface of the sand like a faded memory
I was lost from the world
I was like the only soul in a world of noise
I went too far from home.

So in this solitude I cannot think far
Nor allow dreams to lay on same bed with me
I know you loved me when we were free
When life has not taken too much from its kindness
When I make love to you too good that you always leave your panties around the ears of the bed
I know then you loved me.

Like I earlier said,I have gone to far
I cannot go back from here
Solitude is harmful but it has given me the chance to think for myself
And if there should be a day of us you should remember, remember the day I slept on the cold floor while you slept on the peaceful bed.

Morning Wisdom...

1 Corinthians 10 VS 13

"Every test you have experienced is the kind that normally comes to people. But God keeps His promise, and He will not allow you to be tested beyond your power to remain firm; at the time you are put to test, He will give you the strength to endure it, and so provide you with a way out."

THEY ALL LEFT...

THEY ALL LEFT
         BY prize Nwenearizi

Moments passed but It was like the passing of a bad dream.
1,2,3,4, I counted the stars
And a little tear dropped carelessly down to my chest
1,2,3,4,5,6, I counted again trying to exceed my previous numbers but my voice was the echo of a bereaved kingdom
My nose was running and I choked with my breath.

I cleaned my tears with my palms and and looked up to the sky again
The tiny light was fading away and the moon was getting shy
The cloud became darker and the cool breeze turn to a cold nightmare.

Thunders struck and once again the chaste darkness was disvirgined by the fleeting lights(meaning? )
"Uuuhmmm" I folded my body with my thought and never moved an inch.

The grass was getting wet and the soil was cold already
My blood was cold too
But my eyes were still red hot because  my tears has turned it an abode of hell.

At last the long awaited rain started falling
I remained calm in the open field and I sat like an old monk
I cried so hard but the rain washed my tears off hardly too
My little friends the stars ran away
Even the moon who stood by me in the dark could not stand the rain with me.
"But all will be fine," I said to myself.

After the rain I stood up
The stars and the moon came back shyly knowing how they betrayed me
I walked away without saying goodbye to them and all alone I went home to find true sleep.
