Take the courage to look at your troubles in the eyes and say.."dear friend no matter how stubborn you are I must fix you and I hope you hear me because you cannot go on troubling me and I keep you quite.
Say this and take a deep breath then plan through. Remember that the best way to get it done is to begin.
