AFFIRMATION


AFFIRMATION;

Imagination is the process that allows you to see the affirmation in your mind. Once you see it in your mind, you'll be closer to achieving it in your life.                 Affirmation not only help to keep you positive, they also stir the power within you. 

Affirmation is a method of affirming something positive in your mind. Affirmation is something you say to take control of your thoughts,emotions, and attitudes. To work well, it should have these five attributes:      
                         
  1. Be uniquely yours.                                   
  2. Be uplifting.                                             
  3. Deal with what's going on at the moment.                                                 
  4. Paint a picture in your mind.
